Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated automatically by weight at checkout. The shipping cost also includes the cost of the boxes and supplies used to ship out the orders. Orders typically ship within the week of purchase, Tuesday- Friday. You will receive an automated message with a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. We only ship to the United States.
Returns + Exchanges
All of our goods are made with love. If you are not totally in love with your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix the issue for you as soon and as smoothly as we can.
We will accept returns as long as your product was purchased within 30 days. Please make sure your product is unused, and in the same condition, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. We cannot refund shipping charges.
To complete your return, please have a receipt or a proof of purchase. As soon as we receive the item you no longer want, we will make sure it is in good condition, and issue you a refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days of purchase for any good or item that has never been used. When you ship your product back, please specify which item you would like instead. Once we inspect the original item and process it, we will ship the replacement.
